Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks an experienced Engineering Manager for the Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida. You will support the Director of Engineering, oversee the reopening, and manage the resort’s complex mechanical and life-safety systems.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with renovation partners and contractors, and ensure the property meets luxury standards during the transition from renovation to full operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering/facilities experience, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Experience leading and developing a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building systems, and life-safety.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Engineering in reopening and operating the resort’s systems.
• Coordinate with owners, management, renovation teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Monitor and close punch-list items from renovation.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Lead and develop the Engineering team, set schedules, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate outside contractors and service providers, manage budgets and inventory.
