Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a maintenance technician to support the hotel and residences. You will perform preventative maintenance, repair electrical and mechanical equipment, and respond to guest requests to ensure a flawless guest experience.

The role requires basic technical knowledge, a high school education, and strong English communication. Excellent teamwork and a proactive approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires basic technical knowledge of building systems and repairs.
• Experience in maintenance or facilities roles is preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and write English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventative maintenance of equipment and update logs.
• Repair motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and related equipment across the building.
• Follow safety rules and standards of conduct as defined by the employer.
• Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance in rooms or public areas promptly.
• Assist energy conservation programs and system installations for renovations.
