Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the resort's engineering operations, oversee projects, and manage vendor relationships.

You will uphold safety standards and ensure facilities run smoothly for guests and associates. The role requires a BA/BS in engineering with 5+ years of related experience and a proven track record in leadership, project management, and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum five years of related maintenance experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall engineering operation of the resort.
• Direct and manage the engineering department, projects and vendors.
• Ensure safety, compliance and proper documentation across facilities.
