Job summary

Pinetop Country Club in Pinetop, AZ is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to welcome guests and assist with information and services throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local information source for guests.
• Provide information about events within the resort and the surrounding area.
• Maintain brochure rack items in a clean, well-organized manner.
• Answer all incoming calls to the guest service desk.
• Assist guests with dining reservations, ordering flowers, wine, or gift baskets.
• Coordinate car and limousine service, and airline reservations.
• Provide directions and other special arrangements.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
