Mainsail Lodging & Development is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Host to provide a warm check-in experience at our Autograph Collection resort in Holmes Beach, FL. You will handle front desk tasks, bell services, and concierge duties to ensure personalized service aligned with Marriott standards.

You will assist guests with room assignments, luggage, local information, and up-selling where appropriate, while maintaining guest confidentiality and coordinating with housekeeping for seamless

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Hospitality experience preferred but not required for being considered.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
Comfort with using technology such as tablets or iPads.

Responsibilities

Check-in guests and escort to rooms, paying attention to guest preferences.
Assist guests to their rooms and with luggage.
Park guest vehicles and provide room quotes; upsell when possible.
Share hotel knowledge and local information with guests.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Desk to ensure smooth operations.
Handle charges and payments for stays; verify guest charges.
Respond to guest inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
