Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/hotel experience preferred.
• Proficient with Opera PMS, MARSHA, guestVoice & GXP.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations and guest experience during shifts.
• Assist with onboarding and training of Resort Host associates.
• Review Night Audit reports and Front Office reporting for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations to resolve needs.
• Provide MOD leadership in absence of Resort Manager.
• Maintain brand standards and guest recognition processes.
