Job summary

Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa, managed by Noble House Hotels & Resorts, rests on 180 acres in the red rock canyons of western Colorado. This salaried role supports the Executive Chef by supervising kitchen operations across outlets, training staff, and developing menus with cost control and food safety.

You will plan line setups, maintain HACCP/Serve Safe guidelines, and push a farm-to-table focus while showcasing artistry in plate presentation.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Culinary line or prep cook experience with quality execution.
• Technical culinary abilities and progressive cooking styles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen operations across multiple outlets.
• Train staff and develop/ cost menus.
• Maintain HACCP/Serve Safe guidelines and food safety.
