Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group in Colorado's Vail area is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant/Driver who will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and assisting with luggage and transportation.

You will share local recommendations, help with parking and vehicle retrieval, escort guests to their rooms, and handle requests to ensure a memorable stay. This role requires a valid driver''s license, flexible hours including weekends, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Job Summary: As a Bell Attendant/Driver, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include assisting with luggage, offering transportation, and sharing insights about the resort and local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome: Enthusiastically greet guests upon arrival, anticipating their needs and responding promptly with a friendly demeanor, no matter the time of day.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a personable manner, entertaining and informing them about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Complaints Resolution: Proactively address and resolve guest complaints to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Orientation and Tours: Escort arriving guests to their rooms, providing orientation and historical context about the resort.
• Local Recommendations: Share personal stories and recommend activities, attractions, and points of interest, offering brochures and maps as needed.
• Transportation Assistance: Coordinate guest transportation needs, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with various guest requests and reservations to enhance their overall stay.

Qualifications

• Driver's License: Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service and driving different types of vehicles is preferred.
• People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

The hourly range for this position is $20.00/hour to $21.50/hour.
