The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, helping with orientation, and offering personalized recommendations while coordinating parking and vehicle retrieval.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer service and driving different vehicle types helpful.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Engage with guests and inform them about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Proactively address and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Escort arriving guests to rooms and provide orientation and resort context.
• Share local recommendations and provide brochures/maps as needed.
