CoralTree Hospitality in Vail, Colorado seeks a friendly Bell Attendant/Driver to welcome guests, assist with luggage, coordinate transportation, and share local recommendations.

You will escort guests to rooms, provide orientation, handle guest requests, and help ensure a memorable stay. Fluency in English and a valid driver’s license are required; weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service and driving different types of vehicles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary

As a Bell Attendant/Driver, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include assisting with luggage, offering transportation, and sharing insights about the resort and local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome: Enthusiastically greet guests upon arrival, anticipating their needs and responding promptly with a friendly demeanor, no matter the time of day.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a personable manner, entertaining and informing them about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Complaints Resolution: Proactively address and resolve guest complaints to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Orientation and Tours: Escort arriving guests to their rooms, providing orientation and historical context about the resort.
• Local Recommendations: Share personal stories and recommend activities, attractions, and points of interest, offering brochures and maps as needed.
• Transportation Assistance: Coordinate guest transportation needs, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with various guest requests and reservations to enhance their overall stay.

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is $20.00/hour to $21.50/hour.
