Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality in Vail, Colorado seeks a friendly Bell Attendant/Driver to welcome guests, assist with luggage, coordinate transportation, and share local recommendations.

You will escort guests to rooms, provide orientation, handle guest requests, and help ensure a memorable stay. Fluency in English and a valid driver’s license are required; weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service and driving different types of vehicles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically on arrival and assist with luggage.
• Engage with guests and inform them about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Address and resolve guest complaints to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Escort arriving guests to rooms with orientation and historical context about the resort.
• Share personal stories, offer recommendations, and provide brochures/maps as needed.
• Coordinate guest transportation needs, including parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Assist with various guest requests and reservations to enhance their stay.
