Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check with Manager for daily forecast training objectives.
• Stock and present food/beverage items to standard.
• Inspect dining room for cleanliness, supplies and staffing.
• Order/requisition food and supplies through lead/sous chef.
• Complete daily starting and ending inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment per health codes.
• Make specialty beverages to standard.
• Use POS; handle cash and card transactions as directed.
• Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
• Participate in daily line ups.
• Practice service standards and training throughout service.
• Assume duties of Supervisor in absence or as directed.
• Management reserves the right to change/add duties at any time.
