PGA TOUR Café in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is hiring a Barista to deliver fast, friendly service and craft high-quality beverages. You will greet guests, prepare drinks and light foods, and maintain a clean dining area in a busy, guest-focused environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months beverage-service experience, and strong customer-service skills. Flexible scheduling and paid time off are included as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of previous beverage/service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve beverages in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
• Use the guest’s name during service and provide authentic guest experiences.
• Educate customers on menu items and answer questions; upsell when appropriate.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately; follow POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar area and dining space throughout the shift.
• Assist with food service as needed and keep equipment clean and sanitized.
