Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee is seeking a customer-focused cafe team member to support daily dining operations in Greensboro, GA. You will handle orders, input them into the POS, maintain cleanliness, and ensure stock levels throughout shifts.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong teamwork, and the ability to meet service standards. You must be 18+, able to lift 25 pounds, and willing to complete Serve Safe alcohol certification if needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains quality of food and cleanliness of surrounding area at all times.
• Maintains proper level of stock in work area including lifting and placing beverages in cooler.
• Check identification on alcohol sales.
• Clean tables promptly after guests depart the café.
• Stock all items required to execute tasks during shift (food, beverage, and paper goods).
• Perform opening and closing side work.
• Maintain cleanliness in the café area and tables.
• Uphold Reynolds Lake Oconee Service Excellence Standards.
• Assist the golf team to ensure excellent guest service.
• Take orders and input into the POS system.
• Attend staff training meetings.
