Job summary

Palms Casino Resort is seeking a beverage attendant to stock, serve, and maintain beverage outlets within the property. You will help manage inventory, restock bar areas, and assist with paperwork and deliveries at the resort in Las Vegas.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a clean appearance, and compliance with licensing and health requirements. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are typical in this resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nevada Gaming License required.
• TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• SNHD Health Card required.

Responsibilities

• Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain inventory, including delivery and stock of glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other items.
• Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including bar equipment, sanitation and work area, refrigerators, countertops, and floors.
• Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries.
• Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area, order as needed.
• Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas.
• Follow correct freight elevators and delivery routes to hotel areas and beverage outlets.
• Organize beverage pump room areas and identify non-stock items for management.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority or refer to management and notify supervisor of unusual events.
