Caribe Royale Orlando in Orlando, FL is seeking a full-time hospitality associate to provide excellent dining service. You will set tables, refill drinks, clear plates, and support service across areas while upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards. The role requires strong English communication and the ability to coordinate with the culinary team.

High school diploma or GED is required. Certifications in food handling and TIPS must be completed within 90 days.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food handling and TIPS certifications to be completed within 90 days.
• Experience in resort hotel food and beverage is preferred.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
• Manage setting tables, refill drinks, clear plates and assist with service.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas and equipment.
• Assist to maintain appearance, sanitation and service standards in all areas.
• Polish silverware and set tables per event/service standards.
• Ensure service stations are stocked and ready for service.
• Observe and refresh dirty, clean and occupied tables as needed.
• Work with culinary team to ensure food handling and sanitation compliance.
• Assist guests’ service needs in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform other reasonable requests by management.
