Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name and acknowledge upon seating.
• Know restaurant layout and equipment locations.
• Set tables with silverware and glassware for guests.
• Ensure proper place settings for each guest.
• Polish silverware and assist servers as needed.
• Keep service stations stocked and ready for service.
• Observe tables for cleanliness and refresh as needed.
• Follow service standards and procedures for guests.
• Assist guests’ service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain appearance, sanitation and service standards across the restaurant.
