Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Branson, MO is hiring a Resort Activities Host. You will coordinate recreational programs for guests of all ages, lead classes, games, and events, and be the friendly face who answers questions and resolves concerns with enthusiasm.

The role requires 6 months of activities/recreation experience, the ability to stand most of the shift, weekend availability, and compliance with background checks in a smoke-free workplace.

Qualifications

• 6 months previous experience in activities/recreation, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (90-100% of shift).
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recreational programs for all ages based on guest interests and season.
• Lead classes, games, competitions, mixers, themed activities to engage guests.
• Be the go-to vibe creator by answering questions with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Manage recreation inventory and ordering supplies while staying on budget.
• Support other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
