Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Activities Associate to organize and lead recreational programs for resort guests, coordinating activities in the pool, theater, fitness center and other venues to create memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates bring creativity, strong communication, and a guest-first attitude, with willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Certifications (Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid) may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and execute guest activity programs for the resort.
• Monitor, supervise, and assist guests in the activity center.
• Promote and register guests for resort activities.
• Conduct and record inspections of activity areas in compliance with standards; manage cash handling where applicable.
• Attend and complete required trainings.
