Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Activities Associate to organize and lead resort activities, ensuring guests have memorable vacations. You will operate venues such as the movie theater, fitness center, pool, and cabana, coordinating with the Activities Supervisor.

Bring creativity, strong communication, and a guest-centric mindset. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive large vehicles may be required; proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.

Qualifications

• Creative and customer-obsessed mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good judgement when interacting with guests and team members.
• State driver’s license and ability to operate large vehicles like shuttles or vans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certifications such as Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid or related as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead recreational activities to enhance guest vacations.
• Operate activity areas (movie theater, fitness center, pool, cabana, banquet rooms, tanning rooms).
• Create, plan and execute guest activity programs; monitor and assist guests.
• Promote and register guests for resort activities; maintain safety and compliance.
