Job summary

HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) seeks an organized professional to coordinate resident activities and oversee the Activities department for a resort community. The role includes planning events, coordinating clubs and entertainment, and ensuring smooth operations with volunteers and staff.

You will work with management to set policies, recruit volunteers, and coordinate with maintenance and sound techs to deliver engaging programs while maintaining budgets and reporting

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; or 6 months to 1-year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and manage the Activities department to support residents.
• Develop and organize a wide range of events including entertainment, dinners, dances, and seminars.
• Recruit, train and supervise volunteers for the Activities Office and events.
• Negotiate with vendors and performers to schedule entertainment and manage budgets.
