CCMC is seeking an Activities Coordinator to coordinate all resident activities for the resort and lead the Activities department during peak and off-season. You will plan events, manage entertainers, and work with volunteers to deliver engaging programs for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include coordinating clubs, venues, budgets, and communications, recruiting volunteers, and ensuring a high level of service while maintaining safety and compliance in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Degree in Recreational Activities may be given preference.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all resident activities for the resort and manage the Activities department.
• Develop a wide range of activities and functions such as entertainment, dinners, dances, seminars and medical screenings.
• Organize and direct recreational, entertainment, social and educational activities and services for residents.
• Negotiate with bands, speakers and producers to contract and schedule entertainment.
• Evaluate events and entertainers for future repetition.
• Help residents resolve concerns about recreational activities.
• Recruit, train and supervise Activities Office volunteers and staff.
