Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is seeking a Guest Activities Host / Resort Concierge to assist guests in planning and booking activities on property and in the surrounding area, ensuring memorable experiences.

You will share local insights, coordinate with team members, and maintain clear, friendly communication to guests. A passion for hospitality and flexibility to work varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be 18+.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook / Office Suite.
