Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is seeking a Guest Activities Host to help guests plan and book a variety of activities on property and nearby attractions. You’ll share local insights, coordinate with other departments, and ensure guests have memorable experiences during their stay.

Ideal candidates are friendly, comfortable with computers and MS Office, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license and 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• Engage with guests confidently and clearly.
• Manage multiple requests and schedules with a positive attitude.
• Genuine desire to help guests create memorable experiences.
• Work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Friendliness and eagerness to learn are valued over prior experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18.
• Comfort using computers; familiarity with MS Outlook/Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests with Activity Planning: help guests schedule and book activities.
• Provide Local Insights: share knowledge of property and surrounding area.
• Communicate Effectively: maintain clear, friendly communication with guests.
