Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a Golf Guest Services Attendant to craft an exceptional golf experience for guests and members. You will assist with equipment, keep the cart barn and activity areas clean, and help optimize play on the course while delivering top-class service at key touchpoints like the parking lot and driving range.

The role reports to the Assistant Golf Professional and includes a benefits package supporting career growth and associate perks.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Open and flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Master procedures and golf terminology to assist guests.
• Assist guests with movement, cleaning, and storage of equipment.
• Maintain the Cart Barn and related work areas.
• Facilitate and optimize play on the golf course.
• Provide exceptional service at the parking lot, staging area, and driving range.
