• 3+ years of Process engineering experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience applying chemical engineering fundamentals to analyze and improve chemical processes.
• Experience working with plant engineers and operations teams to investigate problems and implement improvements.
• Experience using applied modeling and quantitative analysis to support technical decision making.
• Experience translating laboratory data into practical recommendations for process or manufacturing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead chlorination process troubleshooting and optimization with plant engineers to reduce cycle time and improve resin performance.
• Support PVC/CPVC resin qualification and raw material evaluation to improve supply flexibility and product robustness.
• Provide engineering support for resin technology development, chlorination process improvement, and manufacturing support projects.
• Lead development, validation, and implementation of resin testing capabilities and methods.
• Analyze experimental, chlorination process, and plant data to identify trends and recommend technical actions.
• Drive data cleanup, linkage, and structuring for historical and ongoing R&D datasets related to resin systems.
