Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience with bachelor’s, or 3 years with master’s/Ph.D., in a related scientific discipline.
• Strong knowledge of polymer science, formulation development, and structure-property relationships.
• Experience designing and executing DOE, statistical methodologies, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize CPVC formulations for new product development and enhancement.
