Job summary

SECO ECOPLASTIC is seeking a dedicated Resin Feeder to join the MyEco team. The role supports the Injection Molding Supervisor, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products.

You will assist in daily operations, maintain equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have 1 year of injection machine and resin feeder experience, with ability to lift up to 40 lbs, read work orders, and work 12-hour shifts, including

Qualifications

• 1 year direct injection machine experience.
• 1 year experience with resin feeders.
• 1 year experience with forklifts.
• 1 year experience with over-head cranes.
• 1 year continuous work experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Physical duties may include lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and nights; 12-hour shifts.
• Emphasizes SAFETY-FIRST culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following established safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Help manage workflow within the department to ensure on-time delivery of quality products to internal and external customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Provide support in tracking departmental performance measures and visual controls.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance employee relations and overall production effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, always respectful and courteous.
