Job summary

SECO ECOPLASTIC is seeking a motivated entry-level Production Team Member for injection molding in Georgia. You will work under the Production Supervisor to support safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets and contribute to overall production efficiency and teamwork.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, assisting with daily operations, learning SOPs, and collaborating across departments to ensure quality and timely products.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is required.
• 1-year continuous work experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to perform physical job duties including bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors in PPE for 8–12 hour shifts.

The successful candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Production Supervisor to support the production area and ensure that safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. This role is critical in maintaining the highest production efficiencies and satisfying customer requirements.
