Ecoplastic America Corporation is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to join the MyEco team in Register, GA. You will support the production area under the Production Supervisor, helping to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets by performing routine tasks and learning standard procedures.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with the team to ensure on-time, quality product flow while maintaining a professional demeanor on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is required.
• At least 1 year of continuous work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE.
• Must be proficient in speaking English.
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated entry-level Production Associate to join our MyEco team. The successful candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Production Supervisor to support the production area and ensure that safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. This role is critical in maintaining the highest production efficiencies and satisfying customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following established safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.

• Ability to read and interpret work orders
• Ability to take direction and follow all policies and procedures
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
• Ability regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to constantly stand and walk on concrete floors wearing safety boots during 8-12 hour shift.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to a SAFETY-FIRST culture.
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights.
• Must be proficient in speaking English
