SECO Ecoplastic America in Register, GA is seeking a Production Control Team Member to support daily operations and maintain safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role reports to a Supervisor and requires forklifts experience and adherence to SOPs.

The team works across plant operations with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and reliable customer service. This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other production equipment.
• 1 year continuous work experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing 8–12 hours.

Responsabilités

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following established safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Supervisor and Leads in daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Use the equipment required to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move stock throughout the plant and campus.
• Help manage workflow within the department to ensure on-time delivery of quality products to both internal and external customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Provide support in tracking departmental performance measures and visual controls.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance employee relations and overall production effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, always exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor.

We are seeking motivated and dedicated team members for Production Control to join our MyEco team. The successful candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Supervisor to support the production area and ensure that safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. This role is critical in maintaining the highest production efficiencies and satisfying customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Qualifications:

• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other production equipment required for production control duties
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• 1-year continuous work experience required
• Ability to read and interpret work orders
• Ability to take supervision and follow all policies and procedures
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to constantly stand and walk on concrete floors wearing safety boots during an 8–12-hour shift.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to a SAFETY-FIRST culture.
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights.
