HDR, Inc. is seeking a Resiliency Lead to champion climate adaptation, flood risk reduction, and green infrastructure across New York and New Jersey.

You will integrate market insight with HDR’s national expertise, guiding complex projects and mentoring teams while coordinating with the NY/NJ Water Business Group and client managers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience; 15+ preferred
• Professional licensure (PE, AICP, ENV SP) or equivalent
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects for public-sector infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction in climate risk, coastal flood, stormwater and green infrastructure
• Mentor project managers and staff; support career development
• Coordinate with practice leaders to bring best practices to NY/NJ clients
• Lead or support pursuit activities for resiliency projects and programs
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communications
