HDR is seeking a senior Area Power Sector Leader for the NY/NJ Area Resources Business Group. The role focuses on growing HDR’s power delivery, offshore wind and renewables portfolio, while leading project oversight and staffing in a high‑impact, client‑facing capacity.

You will supervise project principal/manager duties and help set the vision for the area, aligning with HDR’s goals and financial targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services.
• Experience managing client relationships and program/pilot pursuits.

Responsabilidades

• Grow, monitor, and execute HDR’s Power services portfolio in NY/NJ.
• Partner with regional leaders to diversify work and expand client relationships.
• Lead and oversee area power sector projects and budgeting.
• Support, as needed, area business development activities and staffing.
• Communicate status updates to area management and drive KPI improvements.
