HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced Resiliency Lead to grow and deliver climate adaptation, flood risk reduction, and coastal resiliency services across NY/NJ. You will shape a coordinated resiliency strategy, engaging public agencies, utilities, communities, and infrastructure owners.

The role offers leadership of major projects, collaboration with regional leaders, and opportunities for client management, program leadership, and technical direction within HDR's national expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of resiliency, climate adaptation, water resources, or flood risk experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and client accounts.
• Strong business development, planning, and strategic skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical direction in climate risk, flooding, and green infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams to deliver resiliency projects.
• Manage client relationships, budgets, and schedules for key programs.
• Develop market strategies and pursue strategic resiliency opportunities.
• Represent HDR in professional associations and client-facing activities.
