LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a Business Continuity AVP to lead enterprise resiliency initiatives and ensure continuity across the firm.

The role covers developing, implementing, and evolving BC programs, conducting BIAs and risk assessments, and guiding crisis management with cross-functional teams. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Resiliency, you will translate program requirements into actionable activities, oversee testing, supplier resiliency, and produce regular management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Financial Services, Technology, Consulting industries.
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a resiliency (Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery).
Licenses/Certifications: CBCP or CBCP-like certification within 6 months as a condition of employment.
Familiarity with BCP planning and incident management tools (Archer GRC, Everbridge, NC4, GETS/WPS).
Familiar with process, risk, and controls framework.

Responsabilités

Support and contribute to the maturation of the Enterprise Resiliency policy, strategies, processes, and procedures.
Develop relationships and gain buy-in from stakeholders for Enterprise Resiliency Program objectives.
Provide leadership and support in the Business Continuity Lifecycle activities (BIA, Plan Development, Testing).
Contribute to resiliency training to ensure preparedness.
Participate in enterprise threat monitoring and support event response, management, and crisis communications.
