Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in operational resilience, continuity, or crisis management, ideally in finance.
• Ability to secure buy-in from senior leaders for procedural changes.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, continuity planning, and modern best practices.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills; excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the bank's business continuity program following industry best practices.
• Identify core components for continuity plans and programs.
• Assist in risk assessments, business impact analyses, and other continuity activities.
• Document critical functions with IT and business stakeholders; define RTO/RPO targets.
• Contribute to crisis management efforts and incident response activities.
• Help coordinate training, testing, and exercising of continuity plans.
• Participate in tabletop exercises and crisis simulations to validate plans.
