Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is looking for a Performance Center Manager for the Resilience Training/Ready and Resilient Performance Center in Leavenworth, Kansas. This role involves leading and managing program staff, coordinating training activities for military personnel and their families, and ensuring quality control of training programs. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in training facilitation, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Military Veterans and Spouses are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Prior experience serving in the military or as a DOD civilian employee.
• Graduate of MRT level one (MRT training may be completed after start of employment).
• Minimum of five years’ relevant management experience.
• Ability to represent the program to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local installation POC for R2PC matters.
• Coordinate with local leadership to plan and execute training.
• Participate in training meetings and community events.
• Conduct quality control for programs.
• Develop annual training schedule.
