Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is searching for a Performance Expert to provide resilience training to military and Department of Defense personnel. The position requires a Master's in Sport Psychology or related fields and prior coaching experience.

The role involves attending training exercises, developing educational programs, and promoting performance psychology to enhance individual and unit performance. Excellent communication skills and U.S. citizenship are required. Ideal candidates will have the ability to manage physical demands and work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sport Psychology or similar field required.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military personnel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and superb communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend training exercises to coach clients on performance psychology techniques.
• Develop tailored educational programs for families and civilians.
• Evaluate program operations and recommend improvements.
• Assist in program evaluations and support local research projects.
