Job summary

CLF Consultants is seeking a Resilience and Performance Coach to support a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program in Germany. The role focuses on resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team, emphasizing practical performance outcomes over traditional outpatient care.

Location is Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site). US-based LCSWs must relocate; relocation assistance and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work (CSWE-accredited) required.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. LCSW license.
• Experience in behavioral health, resilience, or performance.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to relocate to Germany.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resilience and performance-focused programming and consultation.
• Brief, evidence-based intervention and referral coordination.
• Support crisis response, personnel recovery, and reintegration.
• Partner with operational psychology and human-performance staff.
