Job summary

CLF Consultants seeks a Resilience and Performance Coach to support a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program in Germany. The role provides resilience, performance and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on performance rather than traditional outpatient care.

Location is Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site). Relocation assistance and full benefits are provided to U.S.-based LCSWs willing to relocate; housing support and COL assistance are included.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work (CSWE-accredited) required.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. LCSW license required.
• Experience in behavioral health, resilience or performance areas.
• U.S. citizenship and relocation eligibility to Germany required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resilience and performance-focused programming and consultation.
• Brief evidence-based interventions and referral coordination.
• Support crisis response, personnel recovery, and reintegration.
• Partner with operational psychology and human-performance staff.
