Job summary

CLF Consultants is seeking a Resilience and Performance Coach to support a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program in Germany, delivering resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team. This role emphasizes performance-focused work rather than traditional outpatient care and is on-site at Ramstein.

We require a CSWE-accredited MSW and an active U.S. LCSW license, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility to relocate to Germany.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work (CSWE-accredited).
• Active, unrestricted U.S. LCSW license.
• Behavioral health, resilience, or performance experience.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to relocate to and work in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resilience and performance-focused programming and consultation.
• Brief, evidence-based intervention and referral coordination.
• Support crisis response, personnel recovery, and reintegration.
• Partner with operational psychology and human-performance staff.
