Job summary

CLF Consultants is seeking a Resilience and Performance Coach to support a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program in Germany. The role delivers resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on performance over traditional outpatient care.

Must hold a CSWE-accredited MSW, an active US LCSW, U.S. citizenship, and be eligible to relocate to Germany. Relocation assistance, housing support, and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• MSW CSWE-accredited required.
• Active US LCSW license required.
• U.S. citizenship and relocation eligibility to Germany.
• Experience in behavioral health, resilience, or performance domains.
• Previous military/veteran/operational population exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resilience and performance-focused programming and consultation.
• Brief, evidence-based intervention and referral coordination.
• Support crisis response, personnel recovery, and reintegration.
• Partner with operational psychology and human-performance staff.
