CLF Consultants is seeking a Resilience and Performance Coach to support a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program in Germany. The role involves delivering resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team, with a focus on performance rather than traditional outpatient care.

Location is Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site). U.S.-based LCSWs ready to relocate are invited to apply, with relocation assistance and full benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work (CSWE-accredited).
• Active, unrestricted U.S. LCSW license.
• Behavioral health, resilience, or performance experience.

Serve as a Resilience and Performance Coach supporting a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program in Germany , delivering resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team. Performance-focused, not traditional outpatient behavioral health.

Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site). We are recruiting U.S.-based LCSWs ready to relocate. Relocation assistance and full OCONUS living support provided.

Compensation: Base salary $102,000 to $114,000, plus employer-supported housing, cost-of-living support, home-leave, relocation, and full benefits. U.S. citizens working overseas may qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion, which can meaningfully improve after-tax take-home (eligibility varies; consult a tax advisor).
