Job summary

CLF Consultants is seeking a Resilience and Performance Coach to support a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program in Germany. The role delivers resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on performance over traditional outpatient care.

Must hold a CSWE-accredited MSW, an active US LCSW, U.S. citizenship, and be eligible to relocate to Germany. Relocation assistance, housing support, and full benefits are provided.

Job description

Serve as a Resilience and Performance Coach supporting a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program in Germany , delivering resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team. Performance-focused, not traditional outpatient behavioral health.

Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site). We are recruiting U.S.-based LCSWs ready to relocate. Relocation assistance and full OCONUS living support provided.

Compensation: Base salary $102,000 to $114,000, plus employer-supported housing, cost-of-living support, home-leave, relocation, and full benefits. U.S. citizens working overseas may qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion, which can meaningfully improve after-tax take-home (eligibility varies; consult a tax advisor).
