Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Resilience and Emergency Management Intern in Tallahassee, FL to assist in resilience, emergency management, disaster recovery, and planning projects for public-sector clients.

You will perform research, data collection, prepare reports and briefings, maintain dashboards and SharePoint, and support grant activities while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experienced with MS Office, data entry and document review; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support resilience, emergency management, disaster recovery, grant, and planning projects through research, data collection, document development, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Review, organize, track, and maintain grant applications, reimbursement requests, plans, project records, and related documentation.
• Prepare correspondence, meeting summaries, presentations, maps, reports, briefing materials, forms, logs, and other deliverables for internal and client use.
• Maintain project information, datasets, dashboards, SharePoint sites, databases, spreadsheets, and other record systems.
• Collaborate with grants specialists, planners, engineers, project managers, and clients to support project execution and funding programs.
