The Property Resilience Content Specialist at Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) supports the development, coordination, and delivery of resilience products, educational resources, technical content, and member-facing initiatives across IBHS platforms.

Working with the Director of Member Services and cross-functional teams, this role ensures content is clear, accessible, and actionable, advancing resilience adoption and member engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate technical or scientific information into clear content.
• Experience coordinating content across digital platforms and resources.
• Strong organizational and multitask planning skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder requests and publishing timelines.
• Experience with educational materials, FAQs, and training content.
• Familiarity with web publishing workflows and CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, review, and publishing of resilience product content and resources.
• Support updates across IBHS.org and related digital platforms.
• Manage content routing, approvals, timelines, and publishing schedules.
• Assist with training materials, presentations, checklists, and collateral.
• Organize digital content to improve usability and consistency.
• Support member engagement through content coordination and digital comms.
• Assist with product naming updates and resource launches.
• Support basic analytics tracking and audience insights.
