Job summary

Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) seeks a Data Engineer, AI Support to partner with AI researchers and data engineers. You will translate enterprise needs into practical, scalable data solutions, improving decision-making and operational capability across IBHS.

You will develop data workflows, organize datasets for AI applications, and ensure reproducibility, governance, and responsible AI practices as you support research and tooling adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related experience.
• Experience building ETL/data pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
• Strong Python data manipulation skills and SQL/NoSQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with LLM/VLM data prep and vector-DBs.
• Understanding of data quality, lineage, and reproducibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize data for AI/ML projects across research teams.
• Build reliable data workflows for datasets and experiments.
