Job summary

Innovation-Learnin in Vermont is seeking a Resilience Coach for after-school programs at Mt. Mansfield School District sites in Huntington, Bolton, and surrounding areas. This part-time role supports students after school with mentorship, enrichment, and academic help.

You will engage students, model positive behaviors, and help develop social-emotional skills, while delivering safe, structured activities during 2 PM to 6 PM on weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children in schools, childcare, camps, or youth programs preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for youth development.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Lead enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities; provide homework help.
• Assist with daily program setup, check-in, attendance, and dismissal.
• Follow all policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.
