Job summary

Cast & Crew in Burbank, CA is seeking a Supervisor of Residuals to lead a team responsible for show setups, guild payments, and reporting under DGA, SAG-AFTRA, WGA, AFM, IATSE, and others.

The role focuses on system administration, process optimization, and ensuring accurate residual payments in line with guild agreements. A bachelor’s in accounting/finance and 3–5 years of experience are preferred. On-site position in the entertainment hub of Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in residuals/guild management and industry practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and guilds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end residuals operations, including show setups and forecasting.
• Develop and implement residual rules to ensure guild compliance and accuracy.
• Lead and coach the residuals team with performance management.
• Ensure timely guild reporting and payments per contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations and Legal to support guild negotiations.
