Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines including meals, study time, and activities.
• Observe and document residents' behavior and progress.
• Participate in bi-monthly supervision meetings and follow treatment guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and support safety and crisis procedures as needed.
